These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you" or "your") and the operator of magga888, accessible at https://magga888.cam (the "Platform"). The Platform provides an English-language online gaming information and entertainment service directed at adult users in Malaysia and other eligible jurisdictions.

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise making use of any portion of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

magga888 operates under an international licensing framework applicable to online gaming platforms. No claim is made to Malaysian government regulation or approval. Users located in Malaysia are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with Malaysian law.

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement. Terms defined in the singular include the plural and vice versa where the context permits.

To register and maintain an Account on magga888, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You are aged 21 years or above.
• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity, partnership, trust or other legal structure.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent or close family member of an employee of the Operator or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party.

The Operator reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility, including but not limited to a copy of your MyKad, passport, or other government-issued identification, at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or permanent closure of your Account.

Each eligible individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances and pending Bonuses.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. You agree to promptly update your Account details if any information changes. The Operator will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted under your Account will be attributed to and considered the responsibility of the Account holder.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the Operator immediately at the contact details provided in Section 14 of this Agreement.

magga888 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods to facilitate deposits. Availability of specific methods is subject to change and may depend on your account verification status. Supported methods may include, without limitation: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow and FPX.

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction, per payment method, and may vary by account tier. Indicative reference ranges are provided in the Platform's payment information section and do not constitute a contractual guarantee of availability.

• Deposit instructions are provided within the cashier section of the Platform.
• The Operator does not accept deposits from third-party bank accounts or payment instruments not registered in the Account holder's name.
• Deposits that cannot be matched to the Account holder's verified identity may be reversed or held pending KYC completion.
• The Operator is not responsible for fees levied by your bank, e-wallet provider or payment processor in connection with deposit transactions.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. The Operator may require you to provide proof of identity, proof of age, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method. E-wallet withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay are typically processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals via FPX, DuitNow or direct bank transfer to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank or Hong Leong accounts. Published processing times are estimates and not guaranteed service levels.

The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation, impose cooling-off periods, or delay withdrawals where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified Account holder. The Operator will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

All Bonuses and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game restrictions, maximum bet limits during Bonus play, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of this Agreement by reference.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new, verified Account holders only. One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address and payment method applies.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before Bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type and are specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Where a deposit is made without opting into a promotion, that deposit cannot be retrospectively assigned to a promotional offer.
• The Operator reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time, subject to reasonable notice where practicable.
• Any evidence of Bonus abuse, including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering designed to extract Bonus value, may result in Bonus forfeiture and Account review.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Upon discovery of any prohibited conduct, the Operator may immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant Account, forfeit all associated balances and Bonuses, and refer the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are ineligible for any other reason set out in Section 3.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or loopholes to gain an advantage over the house or other players.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence systems to participate in gaming activities.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider.
• Colluding with other players in a manner that disadvantages the operator or other users.
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation.

All content on the magga888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, interface design, layout, software and game content — is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any Platform content.

Any trademarks, trade names, service marks and brand identifiers displayed on the Platform belong to their respective owners. The display of third-party payment brand names — including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow and FPX — is for informational purposes and does not imply any endorsement, partnership or affiliation with those entities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform and the Services, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted availability.

In no event shall the Operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or losses arising from gambling activity conducted on the Platform.

The Operator's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Operator reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account where:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• A User has provided false information during registration or KYC review.
• A User is found to be ineligible under the criteria set out in Section 3.
• A regulatory, legal or law enforcement requirement necessitates account action.
• The Operator ceases to offer the Platform or the Services in a specific jurisdiction.

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting the Operator using the details in Section 14. Verified balances remaining after settlement of outstanding wagers will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to any applicable withholding required by law.

Self-exclusion requests submitted under the Platform's Responsible Gambling programme will be honoured in accordance with the terms set out on the Responsible Gambling page.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licenced to operate, as specified in the Platform's current licensing disclosure. The Operator does not represent that this Agreement complies with Malaysian law, and Users access the Platform on that basis.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedural rules of a recognised arbitration body in the Operator's licensing jurisdiction. Class action claims are excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Users via a platform notice or email to the address registered on the Account. Where required by applicable law, amendments will be accompanied by a reasonable notice period before taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you should cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. The date at which this document was last reviewed is noted in the table of contents sidebar and at the foot of this section. Previous versions are not archived on the Platform but may be requested from the Operator via the contact details below.
